Expert Group on the 2021-2027 Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps Programmes (E03847)
Mission
The expert group will provide the Commission with advice and expertise in the areas of education and training, youth, sport and volunteering, in view of the preparation of the delegated acts for which empowerment is conferred to under the 2021-2027 Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps regulations. The expert group may also be consulted to gather expertise, exchange views and coordinate with Member States and the countries associated to each programme on issues linked to the matters covered by the respective delegated acts. Furthermore, it may assist the Commission on the preparation of policy initiatives directly connected to each programme and with high impact on their monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
Task
- Assist the Commission in relation to the implementation of existing Union legislation, programmes and policies
- Assist the Commission in the preparation of delegated acts
- Assist the Commission in the preparation of legislative proposals and policy initiatives
- Coordinate with Member States, exchange of views
